Ganohora Karasakız
Karasakiz is a local varietal with soft tannins and a very thin skin, for these reasons and the structure it is very suitable for the production of rose wine. It is very refreshing and at the frontal nose predominantly grenadine an other summer fruits are dominant, very round balanced and inviting. With this properties and the gentle aroma’s it is an ideal aperative drink. It also suits very well with grilled fish, salads and vegetable meals in olive oil.
Good to be consumed young and between 8-11 C.
