Ganohora Shiraz
Shiraz has been adopted South Thrace very well. With a deep garnet red colour, it is also very bright and shiny. On the nose with touches of clove, blackpepper and fresh pepper together with atar fragrances some distant red berries are scented. Whereas it is extremely soft and lively and wellrounded at the mouth with high personality in the finish. Matches very well even with spicy meats and makes very good accompainments especially to aged cheeses.
Could be aged very long and should be consumed at 17-18 C.
