Ganohora Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a round, robust and full bodied wine. To give the charactheristics of Cabernet Sauvignon it has been made from Thrace regions grapes coming from rocky and chalky soils. Green harvest and quality thinning has been carefully applied. Fresh red berries, wildberry, mulberry is very strong at the nose. Due to soft fresh aromas and fruit acids could easily be consumed at once, but could be aged due to soft tannins.
Ideal serving temperature is 17-19 C.
